I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of everything. The location was perfect, with attractions, restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. Plus, there was an underground stop nearby, making transportation easy. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautifully restored old building and elegant public areas. The rooms were lovely, and I especially enjoyed the balcony in my large and clean room. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing great advice on local restaurants. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from.

Loved the central location, just steps away from the subway station and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. It made exploring the city so convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Plus, the continental breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from.
There were a few aspects that disappointed us. the bathroom was quite small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to move around.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the best shopping area. It was so convenient to have everything we needed within walking distance. We also really enjoyed the fact that there was a restaurant located inside the hotel. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lovely.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

What an very nice experience we had at The Sparrow! The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. The room may have been small, but it was impeccably clean and so comfortable. The service was excellent - the staff were really nice too assist us with everything we needed. One example was when we lost our e-ticket for a tour, and they spent over 20 minutes helping us sort it out. He treated us like friends, asking about our preferences and recommending the best restaurants in town. He even made reservations for us every night of our stay! The level of personal attention and care we received was beyond anything we've ever experienced. I also have to mention the massage appointment that William arranged for us, it was just a short walk away and the perfect way to relax. I highly recommend The Sparrow - it's a 5-star hotel.

The restaurant and bar are closed on Sunday nights, which can be disappointing for guests looking to dine in or have a drink on-site.
